Peanut Butter Cookies~

Hi~!

When my brother was here, he asked me to make him some peanut butter cookies :) they were pretty good and very easy to make :) here's the recipe:

Peanut Butter Cookies: 

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 egg

1 tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

sugar

1.As always, preheat your oven first. This time to 350ºF 

2. Mix together the butter and brown sugar, then add the peaunt butter.

3. Add the egg and the vanilla, mix to incorporate.

4. Then add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

5. Then take about a tablespoon of batter and roll it up in your hand. Rolled them on a plate with sugar on it and put them 2 inches apart in an ungreased baking sheet

6. With a knife or small spatula, make a cross on top of the cookie.

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
